Tom, a former Assistant Director of the FBI, is an internationally recognized expert in law enforcement, counter-terrorism, crisis management, competitive intelligence, and corporate investigative strategy. He served twenty-five years in the FBI, with postings in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and other major assignments. Prior to the Bureau, he served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps. After retiring as head of the FBI's New York office, he worked as a senior executive at such companies as WR Grace and Mirage Casinos and Resorts.

Jerry Forrester

Jerry is a former FBI Special Agent who served for more than twenty years as Supervisor of the Bureau's Caribbean Liaison Office. Since retiring from the FBI, he has spent more than a decade in private security and risk management, operating out of the Bahamas and Miami. Jerry has developed a unique understanding of how different Caribbean governments operate, especially concerning judiciaries and law enforcement.

Margot Dennedy

Margot is a retired FBI Special Agent who directed the FBI's Major Theft investigative operations in New York City for fifteen years. She also taught art theft investigations and recovery to police departments throughout Europe. Upon retirement from the Bureau, Margot served as the Global Security Director for Sotheby's for nine years.

Sean manages Sheer and Associates' due diligence efforts, security audits, and pre-employment screening. He has a Master's Degree in Protection Management and Emergency Response from John Jay College of Criminal Justice where he studied business continuity, security, emergency response, and fire safety.
